Competition Dates:

Entries open on the 1st May 2024 and close on the 13th June 2024.
The winners will be announced on the 17th June 2024.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to all Australian residents.
Products must be purchased from an authorised Australian reseller.
Applicants must be individuals, business registrations are not permitted.
Staff of authorised resellers are exlcuded from the competition.

How to enter:

1. Purchase an ILS leader unit between the 1st May 2024 and the 13th June 2024.
2. Follow the link/QR-Code to the registration page on the AVE website
3. Complete the registration form

Competition Draw:

The competition prizes will be drawn on the 17th June 2024*. The winners will be notified via email. Competition winners must acknowledge the announcement email within 7 business days to claim their prize. 
If a prize is not claimed by the 25th June 2024 (7 days after being notified) the prize will be deemed ‘unclaimed’ and will be redrawn.
*The draw will be conducted using an online random generator to ensure a fair process.

Assumption of Risk:

Entrants voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering into this competition.

Limitation of Liability: 

AVE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from accidents or damage related to the participation of this competition. 

Indemnification: 

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold AVE harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s and/or medical fees) arising out of or related to the entry of this competition. 

Marketing Consent:

By entering this competition you consent to AVE contacting you by email, or phone for information regarding the competition, or your registration. You further agree to receive promotional marketing material via email related to Chauvet DJ and ILS related products and information. The winners agree to participate in all reasonably promoted activities in relation to the competition.

Modification of Terms:

AVE reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
