Whether you have a warranty repair, general service or parts enquiry, our dedicated service team are here to help. 

Our experienced and qualified techicians service all of our imported brands, and have a wide range of spare parts on hand to ensure your gear is repaired and back to work with as little downtime as possible.

Supporting our in house service team is a growing network of authorised repair agents  across Australia. Allowing us to better service our customers.

How It Works

Once a service job is booked and recieved our technicians will check the products warranty status, and then assess your product to determine the fault and its cause. 

If the item is covered under it’s given warranty, they will fix the fault then test the item to ensure it is working before advising the product is ready for collection.

An item that is within its warranted period may be deemed ‘not under warranty’ if the fault found is listed in the exclusions and limitations section warranty information page.

If the item is not covered under warranty the technician will provide a quote to get the unit repaired. If you decide to proceed with the repair the technician will repair the product and then perform field test to ensure it is working properly.

Servicing Fees

Our service charges are applied to all non-warranty services and repairs conducted by our technicians and our network of authorised reapir agents.

If you choose to proceed with a service quote the inspection fee is credited against the first hour of labour.
