Leveraging Outline’s V-Power concept, this constant-curvature module guarantees seamless coupling whether it is flown vertically or horizontally – enabling broad, articulate coverage with minimal boxes.
Engineered for Impeccable Clarity
Two 8″ neodymium mid-woofers are partially horn-loaded to maximise efficiency, while a 3″ diaphragm compression driver fires through a proprietary waveguide, maintaining uniform 90° horizontal dispersion and extraordinarily low distortion. Together they reproduce a 65 Hz–20 kHz bandwidth that preserves every nuance of speech, orchestration and amplified music.
Flexible Coverage, Rapid Deployment
One SCALA 90 radiates 90° × 22.5°, yet only six elements achieve a seamless 135° curve in either the vertical or horizontal plane. Integrated M10 rigging points and discreet hardware simplify suspension, saving valuable installation time. With bi-amp operation (500 W + 120 W AES), the system delivers abundant headroom for theatres, clubs, auditoriums and houses of worship.

The cabinet is crafted from Baltic birch plywood and protected by a tough black polyurea coating for long-term durability. An epoxy powder-coated steel grille shields the transducers, while corrosion-resistant Ergal inserts provide secure attachment for flying and safety cables. All connections are made via dual NL4 speakON sockets for fail-safe redundancy.
